Farewell

Home Programme Manager Carol Van Zyl left I Care at the end of May to look after her mother who suffers from Alzheimers. “I really loved working for I Care, and will miss the boys”, she said. Carol thanked I Care for the wonderful opportunity of working with the boys. She intends to continue her involvement through regular visits to the boys, House Parents and two families with whom she has secured a close relationship.
PR & Marketing Manager Shirley Elgin left at the end of May to go on maternity leave. We look forward to Shirley returning in September 2008 when she will take up exclusively the Marketing Manager role. We wish her and Sean all the best for the safe arrival of their first child.
