Sunny Skies and Lasting Memories


Last week, 60 underprivileged boys and girls attended the Joy4 Life Camp at Scripture Union, Underberg. The whole week was organized and sponsored by Scripture Union as a way of allowing those less privileged to experience the great out doors. This also allowed for the opportunity to share the word of God with them.

The kids have returned with raving reviews and new found love for the out doors. (They went on hiking trips and went tubing- among other things) A few of our I Care staff members attended the camp. They were recruited as counselors, who lead the groups and who kept a watchful eye of the children as they played games and participated in various activities.
